Beignet (ben'ya)

Our amazing yeast dough fried crispy and soft in the center topped with our own caramel sauce and powdered sugar.

Twice Baked Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese with Fried Chicken

Starting with Penne Pasta and adding sooooo much Gouda and Colby Jack Shredded Cheese and our Housemade Gouda sauce and smothered with more cheese and baked, topped with Bacon and Bread Crumbs, shown here with a Fried Chicken Breast and a Cornbread Doughnut.

Cajun Sweet and Sour Chicken

Hand breaded and fried golden brown and served with a generous portion of dirty rice with Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping. To top it off there is a Cornbread doughnut on the side.
